"Really solid selection"
they had a good mix of brands and supplements, which was nice. I found a few things I usually have to hunt around on 2 or 3 different sites for, so that saved me some time. Site was easy enough to look through too... no real complaints from me

The order showed up in a sturdy box and everything inside was packed really neatly. No dents, no leaks, and the bottles looked clean when I opened it up, which made a good first impression.
Maybe I’m being a little picky for noticing packaging that much, but I’ve had stuff arrive in rough shape before, so it stood out to me. This one was totally fine, so I’d give it 5 stars.

"Good prices, but the communication could be clearer"
Overall, the prices are good for most things, and it feels like decent value. I do think some items could still be a bit cheaper, though. My main annoyance was that the communication wasn’t always clear, so I had to figure out a few things on my own.

Overall, the quality was decent, but one of the bottles didn’t seem quite as fresh as the others. I’m a bit cautious with stuff like that, so I ended up not fully trusting that one. The rest was fine, but I’d probably check the dates closely next time.

"Refund was quick and painless"
I accidentally ordered the wrong supplement and needed to send it back. I thought it was going to be a whole thing, but it was actually really easy. They got back to me fast, and the refund showed up a few days later. No stress or back-and-forth, which I appreciated. I’d order from them again

I had a question and they got back to me quickly, which was a nice surprise. I was sort of expecting the usual back-and-forth or some canned reply, but the answer actually made sense and felt like a real person wrote it. it was just easy to deal with, no chasing anyone around or sitting there wondering if they’d ever reply.

"Fast shipping, but I’m still a little cautious"
I ordered on Monday and it was at my door by Wednesday, which surprised me. The tracking updated like it should and the box showed up in good shape. I’ve had enough bad experiences with other supplement sites taking forever or being vague with updates that my trust is kind of worn down, so I wasn’t expecting much. This was definitely a nice change though. 5 stars for the shipping speed.

I was just grabbing my usual vitamins and somehow found a promo code really fast, it actually worked right away, took a decent chunk off the total, and checkout was super simple without any sketchy surprises or weird last-minute catches.
